Thank you for shopping with Northshore Medical Supply. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy for power wheelchairs and scooters below.

Return Window

Items must be returned within **7 days** from the original delivery date. Returns after this 7-day period will not be accepted.

Return Conditions

To qualify for a return:

- The power wheelchair or scooter must be **unused** and in **original condition**.

- It must include **all original accessories**, parts, and packaging.

- The item must be **undamaged** and in resalable condition.

Restocking Fee

A **25% restocking fee** will be deducted from all approved returns.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Northshore Medical Supply does not provide prepaid return labels or reimburse return shipping.

Refund Process

- All refunds will be issued to the **original payment method**.

- Refunds will be processed within 10–14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

- The 25% restocking fee and any applicable shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount.

**Note:** This policy applies specifically to power wheelchairs and scooters. All returns are subject to final inspection by Northshore Medical Supply.

 RECEIPTS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS

 ALL PRODUCTS MUST HAVE THE ORIGINAL TAGS, ORIGINAL PACKAGING, UNOPENED, AND UNWASHED.

 PRODUCTS MUST BE RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS FROM DATE OF PURCHASE. 

 NON-STOCKED SPECIAL ORDER ITEMS ARE NON RETURNABLE.

 FOAM PRODUCTS (example: pillows, foam neck collars etc.)

 AND PERSONAL HYGIENE CARE PRODUCTS ARE NON-RETURNABLE FOR SANITARY REASONS.

 ALL CLEARANCE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE; NO RETURNS, NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES.

 WARRANTY ITEMS DO NOT COVER FREIGHT CHARGES.

 

 SHOE RETURN POLICY:

 RECEIPTS ARE REQUIRED FOR ALL RETURNS
SHOES MAY BE EXCHANGED OR RETURNED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ORIGINAL PURCHASE DATE SHOWING NO SIGNS OF WEAR.

SHOES MUST BE RETURNED WITH THE ORIGINAL RECEIPT AND MUST BE IN THEIR ORIGINAL BOX.
